Experience the bliss of yogic sleep in this wonderful session with Kat & Corie.  You will be guided through a meditation which cycles your conscious awareness through your body to bring you to an deep state of relaxation.  Corie will use acupuncture and the sounds of the gong and chimes to hasten your departure from the stress you may carry with you.
